Its objective is to acquire and manage a substantial rented residential property portfolio in the United Kingdom that generates both income flow and capital appreciation for Shareholders. It is engaged in acquiring, developing, and managing residential property predominantly for letting to third parties on long and short leases. It acquires properties that are rented to private tenants and owns and operates a freehold portfolio of retirement living accommodation where the properties are sold on long leases. Its residential homes include the Cristal Apartments portfolio, such as Coleherne Road, London (SW10); Ladbroke Grove, London (W10); and Deanery Court, Chapel Riverside, Southampton. Its retirement homes include the Osprey portfolio, which consists of approximately seven freehold properties. Its Osprey portfolio includes Heathside, Osprey Court, Challoner Court, Chymedden, Town Mill, Manor House Court, and Millside Place.
