K&S : Thorsten Boeckers to succeed Dr. Burkhard Lohr on May 12, 2017 as new Chief Financial Officer

The Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft today at its meeting named Thorsten Boeckers (41), who has served as Head of Investor Relations at K+S since 2012, as the new Chief Financial Officer of K+S Aktiengesellschaft, beginning on May 12, 2017. He will succeed Dr. Burkhard Lohr, who on the same date will take over the CEO position from Norbert Steiner.
