K3, which provides mission‐critical software, cloud solutions and managed services to the supply chain sector, will be hosting a Capital Markets Afternoon for analysts and institutional investors in London today. A series of presentations will be given by the Group's leadership team, however, no material new information will be disclosed.
The Company expects to announce its interim results for the six month to 30 May 2018 on Monday, 9 July 2018.
