Kaman Corporation : Kaman Corp. Promotes Lisle to VP and Deputy General Counsel

Kaman Corporation (NYSE: KAMN) today announced that its Board of
Directors has appointed Shawn G. Lisle to the position of Vice President
and Deputy General Counsel. Lisle reports to Candace A. Clark, Senior
Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary.
Lisle joined Kaman in 2011 as Associate General Counsel focusing on
compensation, benefits, employment and other matters from International
Paper Company in Memphis Tennessee where he was Senior Counsel, Employee
Benefits and ERISA. His areas of focus at International Paper included
retirement plans, health and welfare plans, trust investments, contract
negotiations, labor relations, litigation, claims and corporate
transactions. Prior to joining International Paper, he was an attorney
with Dana Corporation, Toledo, OH; the law firm Porter, Wright, Morris
and Arthur LLP in Columbus, OH; and the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax
Division in Washington, D.C. Shawn is a U.S. Navy veteran attaining the
rank of Lieutenant Commander. He served in the Judge Advocate General's
Corps in Pearl Harbor, HI and Ft. Meade, MD. He also served as a
reservist in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General's Corps at Wright
Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio.

Lisle received his bachelor's degree from Westminster College in New
Wilmington, PA, his juris doctorate from the University of Akron School
of Law in Akron, OH and holds a master of laws in taxation from Capital
University Law School in Columbus, OH. Shawn, his wife Wendy, and their
children are in the process of relocating from the Memphis area to
Connecticut.
