VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

INCREASE IN SHAREHOLDING

BY A CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER

Kangda International Environmental Company Limited (the ''Company'') was informed by its controlling shareholder, Kangda Holdings Company Limited (the ''Kangda Holdings''), which is wholly owned by Mr. Zhao Sizhen, acting in concert with Mr. Zhao Juanxian (alias, Zhao Junxian), the chairman of the board (the ''Board'') of directors and an executive director of the Company, that on 29 June 2017, Kangda Holdings acquired 1,500,000 shares of the Company in the open market, for a total consideration of approximately HK$2,359,000 (the ''Acquisition'').

Immediately after the Acquisition, Kangda Holdings was interested in 1,142,419,004 shares of the Company, representing approximately 55.26% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
