Kayne Anderson NextGen Energy & Infrastructure, Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed end fund. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide a high level of total return with an emphasis on making cash distributions to its stockholders. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of energy companies and infrastructure companies. It also expects to invest the majority of its assets in securities of NextGen companies which it defines as Energy Companies and Infrastructure Companies. The Fund's portfolio consists renewable infrastructure company, utility company, natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure company, and midstream company. The Fund's investment adviser is KA Fund Advisors, LLC.
