KBC Group: Notification for bondholders and shareholders of KBC Group

KBC Group NV is one of Belgium's leading insurance banking groups. The group's activity is organized into 3 areas: - banking: retail, private banking, financial and market banking activities. At the end of 2023, the group had a network of 1,166 banking branches, including 434 located in Belgium. KBC Group NV managed EUR 216.4 billion in current deposits and EUR 183.6 billion in current loans; - insurance: non-life insurance (85.1% of insurance revenues) and life insurance (14.9%); - asset management. Income is distributed geographically as follows: Belgium (58%), Czech Republic (19.8%), Hungary (9.1%), Bulgaria (6.6%), Slovakia (4%) and other (2.5%).
