Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')


Approval of waiver of obligations under Rule 9 of the Irish Takeover Rules


REACT is pleased to announce that at the EGM held earlier today, the resolution to approve on a poll, the waiver under Rule 9 of the Irish Takeover Rules, was passed.


The Concert Party currently holds 204,545 ordinary shares in the Company and accordingly were the Concert Party to exercise its rights under the Equity Kicker and Warrants, then the Concert Party would hold a maximum of 55,713,369 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 45.06% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
