BATTLE CREEK, Mich. , Oct. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Kellogg Company (NYSE: K) plans to issue its 2014 third quarter earnings results in a press release at approximately 8:00 am ET on Thursday, October 30 , 2014.
The company will also host a public conference call / webcast during which Kellogg executive management will review and discuss these results. Speaking on behalf of Kellogg Company will be John Bryant , chief executive officer, Ron Dissinger , chief financial officer, and Alistair Hirst , senior vice president global supply chain. A question and answer session with analysts and investors will follow.

Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company) is the world leader of the production and the marketing of cereal for breakfast. Net sales (not including sold divisions) break down by family products as follows:
- snacks (61.8%): biscuits, pastries, cereal bars, waffles, etc. sold under the Kellogg's, Cheez-It, Pringles, Austin, Parati and RXBAR brands;
