Keppel REIT Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of Keppel REIT, refers to its announcement dated 15 May 2014 relating to the divestment of Keppel REIT's 92.8% of the aggregate strata area of Prudential Tower for an aggregate consideration of S$512.0 million, and is pleased to announce that the divestment has been completed today.
