Kering completes the acquisition of the haute horlogerie brand Ulysse Nardin

Kering announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the haute horlogerie brand Ulysse Nardin, in accordance with the terms announced on 30 July, 2014, after having received clearance from the antitrust authorities.
