Brussels, Belgium - 12 October 2015 - Keyware (EURONEXT Brussels: KEYW) acquires a stake of 2,09% in Congra Software S.à.r.l.

Keyware Group had granted a 250 kEUR loan by its subsidiary Keyware Smart Card Division S.A. to the Luxembourg based company Hybrid Software Europe S.A., whose denomination recently changed into Congra Software S.à.r.l. As a result of a contribution in kind of the loan to the capital on 23 September 2015, Keyware holds a stake of 7,353 ordinary shares without face value. This investment of 250 kEUR represents 2.09% of the capital of Congra Software S.à.r.l.

Congra Software S.à.r.l. is the holding company of the Hybrid Software Group. The activity consists of order lifecycle management. The proposed software is a solution for the MIS systems, the web-to-print portals and the prepress workflow. The Group is established in Belgium, Germany, Italy and the United States.
