Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) announced today that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per common share payable on October 12, 2016 to stockholders of record on September 30, 2016. The dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of $1.50 per share.

The board of directors also declared a dividend of $0.4296875 per share on the company’s 6.875% Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period commencing on and including August 15, 2016 up to and including November 14, 2016. The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2016 to Series G preferred stockholders of record on October 31, 2016.

The board of directors also declared a dividend of $0.3984375 per share on the company’s 6.375% Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the period commencing on and including August 15, 2016 up to and including November 14, 2016. The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2016 to Series H preferred stockholders of record on October 31, 2016.
