DALLAS, Feb. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) today announced its board of directors has approved a dividend increase of 4.5 percent. This will bring the quarterly dividend to $.92 per share, up from $.88 per share in 2015.

The board of directors declared the dividend payable on April 4, 2016 to stockholders of record on March 4, 2016. This is the 44(th) consecutive year Kimberly-Clark has raised its dividend and the 82(nd )straight year the company has paid dividends.
