Kinepolis : Court of Appeal upholds decision of FSMA sanction committee

The Company was notified by its Managing directors, Mr Eddy Duquenne and Mr Joost Bert, and its Chairman, Mr Philip Ghekiere, that the Court of Appeal of Brussels has upheld the administrative sanction imposed on the parties involved by the sanction committee of the FSMA referring to the case of prior knowledge regarding purchases of shares of the Company in 2011. The parties involved have informed the Company that their good faith was not questioned by the Court of Appeal.
The Board of Directors hereby explicitly confirms its trust in its Chairman and its Managing directors.
