KKR & Co. L.P. : KKR further strengthens the Dutch Team

Amsterdam, May 2, 2012 - Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
(together with affiliates, "KKR") today announced
the appointment of Jurcell Virginia as head of Client
Relationships for the Netherlands. Mr. Virginia will be
responsible for building relationships with institutions
across The Netherlands.
Mr. Virginia will work closely with Ruud Hendriks, Senior
Advisor for KKR in the Netherlands, and with Alex Fletcher,
who oversees KKR's European Client and Partner Group.
Alex Fletcher said: "We believe there are attractive
opportunities to build stronger relationships with our
current and future investment partners in the Netherlands. We
are delighted to have Jurcell in the team as he brings both
local and industry experience. Together with Ruud Hendriks,
he will form a strong team for KKR in The
Netherlands."
Jurcell Virginia stated: "I am very proud to be joining

Mr. Virginia most recently served as Managing Director of EIM
Group, a Swiss based hedge fund multi-manager, where he was
responsible for the business development activities in the
Benelux and South Africa. Before joining EIM, Mr. Virginia
has been involved in capital raising for Portfolio Advisors,
a full service private equity firm with ca. 28bn of AUM.
Jurcell started his career in 1996 at the Investment Banking
division of ABN AMRO bank, where he left in 2001 as
Vice-President of the Corporate Finance department in Sao
Paulo. Jurcell holds a Masters in Econometrics from Tilburg
University, The Netherlands.
