NOTICE TO DEBENTURE HOLDERSKlabin S.A. ("Company" or "Klabin") informs the holders of the Company's 6th issue single series convertible subordinated debentures ("Debentures") that interest will be paid under Clause 4.10 of the Debenture Indenture ("Indenture") on January 4, 2017, as follows: interest in the amount of BRL 6.872499 for each Debenture issued, for a total of BRL 186,003,003.35, which was calculated on the Unit Face Value of BRL 62.50 adjusted under Clause 4.9 of the Indenture.
Interest and profit shares will be paid net of Income Tax Withheld at Source (IRRF - Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte) at the rates applicable by law, except where payment is made to debenture holders that are legal entities which have provided proof of exemption from IRRF.
The payments referred to in this notice will be made through Debenture custodians, in the case of Debentures held in custody on BM&FBOVESPA, or by means of the procedures adopted by the Registrar and Agent, Itaú Corretora de Valores Mobiliários S.A., for Debentures that are not held in custody on BM&FBOVESPA.
