SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Jun 30, 2015) - Klever Marketing, Inc. (OTCBB: KLMK) is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with the Center of Advancing Retail & Technology (CART) which powers an exclusive marketplace connecting grocery stores and manufacturer brands with premier technology solutions. Klever Marketing has entered into a three month agreement with CART to market Klever's mobile shopping technology KleverShop 2.0 to grocery retailers on a national basis. Through retailer input and independent studies, CART is able to provide transparency, objectivity and accessibility never before seen in retail to allow solution providers like Klever to install their mobile digital KleverShop 2.0 which assists retailers to confidently take advantage of the newest technologies, services and benefits available in the marketplace such as KleverShop 2.0.
Klever Marketing has recently been granted the opportunity by a major Corporation, a leader in consumer transaction technologies, to engage in a validation exercise in July with its revolutionary Hook & Tender patent along with their mobile digital coupon and customer loyalty app to ensure their KleverShop 2.0 system technology interfaces flawlessly and securely with the ISS 45 POS System. Klever has been invited to the corporate offices of this national company in July with the goal of having them endorse Klever's patented mobile shopping technology KleverShop 2.0 solution to the grocery retailers that they currently work with.
Fundamental to the development of KleverShop 2.0 was the decision by the Company to rebrand its software from a Klever Branded consumer application to a tailored software branded to each retailer client that signs on with the Company. Our interaction with retailers made it very clear to us that each retailer wanted the application to be 'White Labeled' as their own product offering. Accordingly, the Company has decided to customize the application for each retailer with their logo colors and features. These retailer interactions also led us to the necessity of adding a loyalty program to KleverShop 2.0.
The Company has recently arranged for additional investment funding to complete the above mentioned.
