Subject : Credit Ratings Review
As a result of the downgrade of long-term foreign and local currency ratings on Turkey and assignment of a negative outlook, international credit rating agency Standard & Poor's Ratings Services made a review on Koç Holding's credit ratings. Consequently, the credit ratings of Koç Holding have been revised to "BBB-" long-term, "A-3" short-term; all of which are "investment grade". The outlook has been revised to "negative".
This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
