Subject : Tax inspection reports

Following the ongoing tax audits of our Company for the years of 2011 and 2012, tax reports and an invitation to the settlement meeting on 22th of August 2016 have been served to our Company.

According to our understanding of the reports, we face a claim for tax liability amounting to 37 million TL and a tax penalty amounting to 42 million TL, a total of 79 million TL for which interest expense will also be accrued based on the tax liability. The claims are related to the periods 2011 and 2012.

The reports include claims on several issues, mainly the treatment of loss on sale of associates. In regards to potential assessments and penalties depending on these tax inspection reports, we plan to utilize all of our legal rights including settlement under existing laws and that may come up through potential changes in the tax laws as a result of ongoing studies in the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

All developments on this issue will be notified to our investors in accordance with the legislation on material event disclosures.
