Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), a leading provider of Capture Enabled BPM™

Kofax TotalAgility™ 6.0, its leading BPM and dynamic case management
software. Kofax TotalAgility 6.0 is available both as a cloud based
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription offering hosted on Windows
Azure and under a perpetual license model for on premise deployments.

delivering better user experiences to mobile device users.
