～Let's Visit Parents' Workplace～ KONAMI Holds "KONAMI Family Day"

Konami Group holds "KONAMI Family Day," an event in the vacation season that provides an opportunity for our employees' children to visit their parents' workplace.

KONAMI decided to establish "KONAMI Family Day" based on numerous requests from our employees. We hope this event has enhanced each family's understanding towards what our employees do at the company through having their children experience the workplace.

On the day, we provide the employees' children with original ID cards and business cards showing their own names. Then, they take a tour of the game studios, getting some first-hand experiences of design creation, sound studios, and voiceover recording.

At the latest event, we received a lot of positive feedback from the children; "That was the first time I've seen my dad working. He was cool," "I had fun trying out making games," and so on.
Konami Group will continue to provide a lively, enjoyable working environment for our employees.
