Pursuant to Article 19. Paragraph 3 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse. Končar - Electrical Industry Inc. (hereinafter: the Issuer), notifies on transaction conducted by person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Issuer.
