Končar - Electrical Industry signed an Annex to the Contract on Performance of Expert Activities with the company InterCapital vrijednosni papiri d.o.o. (in English: InterCapital securities Ltd) on the basis of which InterCapital vrijednosni papiri d.o.o (in English: InterCapital securities Ltd) continues to perform expert activities for stocks in the ownership of Končar - Electrical Industry Inc. identified as: KOEI-R-A, ISIN:HRKOEIRA0009, registered in the official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Inc.

The service of the expert trade includes simultaneous presentation of purchasing orders and selling orders of stocks owned by the Company pursuant the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules.

The Annex to the Contract foresees performance of the stated services by InterCapital vrijednosni papiri d.o.o. (in English: InterCapital securities Ltd) by 16th October, 2017.
