Norwegian technology company Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (KOG.OS) said Thursday it is contemplating issuing new unsecured bonds in the Norwegian bond market.
MAIN FACTS:
-The purpose of the contemplated bond issuance is for general corporate purposes.
-Nordea Markets and SEB are acting as Joint Managers for the issuance.
-At 0926 GMT shares traded 0.9% lower at NOK113.
