Kontron : Demand to add item to agenda of Annual General Meeting of Kontron S&T AG

Augsburg, January 19, 2018 - Kontron S&T AG is announcing that its major shareholder, S&T AG, which is headquartered in Linz, Austria, sent the former a letter today. It contains the demand to add an item to the agenda of the next Annual General Meeting. This item is entitled 'Changing the corporate form of Kontron S&T AG in accordance with §§ 190 ff. of Germany's Transformation Act (UmwG) into a limited liability company (GmbH)'.
