Krezus SA is a Poland-based holding company. Its activities are divided into two business segments: Investments and Metals. The Investments division focuses on the purchase and sell of securities issued by the State Treasury and companies incorporated in Poland; granting loans, as well as borrowing capital for the Company's investment purposes. The Metals division is responsible for the trade of metals and metal scrap. The Company is a parent entity of the Krezus Capital Group comprised of a number of subsidiaries, including Krezus Exploration Guinee SA and Krezus Mining SA.
