We would like to inform our Shareholders, as a correction to the Notice to Shareholders disclosed by Kroton Educational S.A. ("Company") on March 18, 2014 on the website of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) and published in the newspaper Folha de São Paulo and in the state register Diário Oficial do Estado de Minas Gerais in the editions of March 19, 2014, that the correct amount to be distributed as dividends per common share of the Company corresponding to the amount of twenty-seven million, seven hundred forty-one thousand, ten reais and sixty- three centavos (R$27,741,010.63) is R$0.103397449043883, and not R$0.10324008362880900 as stated in said Notice, with the shares held in treasury on the date hereof already deducted from this calculation. The Company informs as a correction that the dividends will be paid on March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of trading on March 18, 2014, with the shares trading ex-dividend as from the trading session of March 19, 2014, inclusive.
For shareholders registered at Banco Itaú S.A., the depository institution for the Company's shares, to receive dividends by fund transfer, their dividends will be credited automatically. Shareholders not registered at Banco Itaú S.A. should visit any branch of Banco Itaú S.A. to update their registration information to subsequently receive the dividends.
