Kroton Educacional : Notice to the Market - Change of Interest on Equity

Belo Horizonte, April 30th, 2015. Kroton Educacional S.A. ("Kroton" or the "Company") - (BM&FBovespa: KROT3; OTCQX: KROTY) - pursuant to Article 12 of CVM Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, as emended, announces to its shareholders, investors and the general market that the Company received from GIC Private Limited ("GIC ") , a communication informing that GIC have dropped below the 5% disclosure limit and now holds 78,850, 124 ordinary shares issued by the Company, corresponding to 4.85% of its total capital.
