Belo Horizonte, August 28, 2014, Kroton Educacional S.A. (BM&FBovespa: KROT3; OTCQX: KROTY) ("Kroton" or the "Company") announces to shareholders, investors and the general market the results of the student recruiting process for the second semester of vocational programs under the National Program to Promote Access to Vocational Education and Jobs ("Pronatec").
In all, Kroton (including the institutions of Anhanguera) was able to enroll 15,420 students, of whom
6,968 in morning classes, 3,899 in afternoon classes and 4,553 in night classes, which will be offered through 40 different academic programs at 59 educational institutions. Note that these openings are for the scholarship category (Bolsa Formação), in which the scholarships are fully subsidized by the federal government. Classes start on August 25, 2014.
