K&S : Dr. Nöcker’s term of office as a member of the Board of Executive Directors extended

At a meeting held today, the Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft extended the term of office of Dr. Thomas Nöcker (56) as a member of the Board of Executive Directors until 31 August 2018.

Nöcker will remain personnel director and in the future too will be the Company board member responsible for Corporate HR, Corporate IT, the Business Center and K+S Transport GmbH. He has been a member of the Board of Executive Directors since 2003.

There will be no other changes in the composition of the Board of Executive Directors, whose other members will remain Norbert Steiner (chairman), Dr. Burkhard Lohr, Dr. Andreas Radmacher and Mark Roberts.
