Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2015

At the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 12 May 2015, the Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft will propose the election of Philip Freiherr von dem Bussche and Dr. Andreas Kreimeyer to the Company's Supervisory Board following the resignation of Dr. Bernd Malmström and of Dr. Rudolf Müller from office with effect from the end of the 2015 Ordinary Annual General Meeting.

The Supervisory Board is very grateful to both outgoing members for their many years of dedicated work.

Philip Freiherr von dem Bussche, who was for many years president of the German Agricultural Society and, from 2008 until the end of last year, spokesman for the Board of Executive Directors of KWS SAAT AG, has a particularly strong background in global agriculture.

Dr. Andreas Kreimeyer, a member of the Board of Directors of BASF SE since 2003, is currently responsible for the Crop Protection, Plant Science and Coatings segments and is also spokesman for Research. His knowledge and experience, especially in the global fertilizer business, would greatly benefit the Supervisory Board.

Both gentlemen have distinguished themselves as a result of their many years of experience in managing complex international companies.

George Cardona, whose term of office is set to expire at the end of this year's Annual General Meeting, will be proposed for re-election to the Supervisory Board.
