KUDELSKI GROUP AGREES
TO A PATENT CROSS LICENSE WITH AT&T

Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland and Phoenix (AZ), USA, July 5th 2017 - The Kudelski Group (SIX: KUD.S), the world leader in digital security, today announced a patent cross license agreement with AT&T, one of the world's leading providers of premium TV entertainment.

The comprehensive agreement provides AT&T worldwide access to Kudelski Group's world class patent portfolio that covers fundamental aspects of end-to-end video distribution.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
