KFH: New services added to ATM machines ensures client satisfaction

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) added several new important services to its ATM machines, which allows them to work optimally; thus saving clients time and effort, in addition to easing the pressure off branches and allowing employees to focus on promotion campaigns.
It is worth noting that KFH has installed 55 ATM machines that offer clients various banking services, including cash and cheque deposits, in addition to other regular banking services. One of the most important recent banking services that KFH has added to its ATM machines, is to allow clients to open investment deposits through ATM machines, given that the client has the minimum balance required to open the deposit. The client does not need to visit the branch, and no approvals are required. The profits of the deposit will be generated starting from the date of investment. KFH was encouraged to upgrade its ATM services because it has an extensive network of  advanced ATM machines.
Moreover, KFH allows its clients to order cheque books at any time through ATM machines, instead of limiting this service to employees in branches. The new services include allowing clients to change the password for all banking cards through ATM machines, which simplifies the procedures. Once the banking card password is changed through the ATM machine, the phone service 1803333 and Tamweel Online passwords are automatically changed.
In order to successfully change the password through the ATM machine, the banking card must be valid for at least two months. Cash deposits made through the ATM machine will be added to the client's account on the same day, while cheque deposits will be added to the account if the operation was performed during working hours; but if the deposit was made after working hours, the cheque will be added to the balance on the first day of work.
Furthermore, clients and corporations can take advantage of this service. Most companies issued a 'Mandoub Card' for their representatives, since this card allows those representatives to deposit only. KFH clients can also take advantage of over 150 free banking and commercial services through kfh.com that can be accessed anytime. Smart phone users can also use KFH services, if their cell phones are connected to the internet. KFH also offers vehicles that provide clients with basic banking services at places that do not have ATM machines, in order to reach its clients wherever they are.
