The music video, 'Love Company- A day in L'Oréal Portugal' is a collaboration with MTV and the singer D8 to celebrate the exciting end of the office space renovations in Portugal. The video clip is filmed to the song 'Just one more day' and follows the singer through the newly renovated headquarters in Miraflores.

The new office layout is exactly the type of workspace that helps employees thrive. These changes are in line with L'Oréal's culture: modern, transparent, sustainable and digital. Inês Caldeira, CEO of L'Oréal Portugal, believes that it is important to show that L'Oréal's work environment is not only fun, but that there is also equality in management positions, disruptive HR policies and that the company promotes diversity and values the work-life balance. 'All these requirements are valued by the talents when they look for the company they want to work with. Above all for the millennials, a company has to be a Love Brand and it is in this position that we are working on.'

L'Oréal Portugal is in the 1st position in the Universum Study as the most attractive company for young people (FMCG sector). It is also the 6th company with the best reputation in Portugal, according to the study 'RepsCore 2017.' L'Oréal is continuing to attract some of the top talents in more traditional areas such as marketing and communication, but also in areas like digital, engineering and technology.
