(Stock Code: 00195) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT PRODUCTION VOLUME IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2016

This is a voluntary announcement made by L'sea Resources International Holdings Limited (the "Company").

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the total production volume of tin in concentrates of Renison Project of Bluestone Mines Tasmania Joint Venture Pty Limited (the "BMTJV") in which YT Parksong Australia Holding Pty Limited ("YTPAH") owns 50% shareholdings, in the month of April 2016 and from January to April 2016 accumulated was 335 tonnes and 2,012 tonnes respectively, decrease of approximately 41.2% and 6.4% respectively over the corresponding month 2015 and from January to April 2015 accumulated of 570 tonnes and 2,148 tonnes respectively (see Appendix).

YTPAH is an indirectly owned subsidiary of the Company with 82% shareholdings. The figures shown in the Appendix is 100% and 50% respectively for the whole sharing and actual sharing of total production volume of the BMTJV for Renison project.

Please note that the production volumes above are unaudited figures and have not been confirmed by the Company's auditors and may be subject to adjustment and final confirmation. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read carefully the financial results of the Group when it is published.
