Lachlan Star Limited requests a trading halt of its securities pending an announcement with respect to the negotiations with Hamilton Place Associates LLC ("HPA") regarding the purchase of the Company's subsidiary, DMC Newco Pty Ltd, as advised to the market on 6 February 2015.
The Company anticipates that an announcement will be made no later than prior to the commencement of trading on Monday, 16 February 2015.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. Yours faithfully
