Reference is made to the announcement jointly issued by Lai Sun Garment (International) Limited ("Company") and Lai Sun Development Company Limited on 9 November 2014 ("Announcement") in relation to the acquisition of a property in London, United Kingdom. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless the context otherwise requires.
It was stated in the Announcement that a circular ("Circular") containing, among other things, further details of the Acquisition, the valuation report on the Property and the Notice convening the Company's general meeting will be despatched to the Company's shareholders within 15 business days after the publication of the Announcement.
As additional time is required to prepare and finalise the contents of the Circular, the despatch date of the Circular will be postponed to a date not later than 3 December 2014.

Chow Bing Chiu, Lam Bing Kwan and Leung Shu Yin, William.
