The Board announces that Mr. Hou Song has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer
of the Company with effect from 16 September 2015.
Further to our announcement of 4 September 2015 on Change of Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Authorized Representative, the board of directors (the "Board") of Lansen Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Hou Song ("Mr. Hou") will join the Company on 11 September 2015 and has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 16
September 2015.
Mr. Hou, aged 39, has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and corporate management in Hong Kong and in mainland China. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hou worked in The Wing Fat Printing Co., Limited ("Wing Fat") from 2008 to 2015 as Chief Financial Officer of Wing Fat's largest operating subsidiary; and lately, the Head of Corporate Management Department at Wing Fat's Hong Kong headquarters
responsible for overall corporate management including development strategy, budget

management, internal control and audit. Wing Fat, a subsidiary of Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited (HKEX stock code: 363), is engaged in professional paper based packaging design and printing business.
Mr. Hou had previously worked as Deputy Finance Officer of the Company from 2007 to
2008, before its listing on the Stock Exchange. Mr. Hou graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting in 2000 and, in 2015, obtained a MBA degree in the MBA Program in Finance offered by The Chinese University of Hong Kong in collaboration with Tsinghua University. Mr. Hou is a qualified accountant in the People's Republic of China.
The Board takes this opportunity to warmly welcome Mr. Hou to take up his new role in the Company.
