(NASDAQ: LTRX) - a specialized networking company providing smart IoT and M2M connectivity solutions - today announced its PremierWave XC HSPA+ 3.5G solution will be one of the first intelligent IoT gateways utilized in Arrow Electronics, Inc.'s recently-announced "Arrow Intelligent Services Framework" offering. The new offering is aimed at enabling enterprises, developers, and suppliers to more quickly and efficiently build, deploy, and manage connected devices and intelligent systems. The new platform will leverage a common set of API-based services to normalize set-up, configuration and management of participating vendor gateway products. The Lantronix PremierWave XC HSPA+ will be part of the first phase of the offering launch. Enabling remote access and management of virtually any serial device, the PremierWave XC HSPA+ is designed for applications in a variety of environments including telematics, industrial automation, healthcare, energy, and utilities.

The PremierWave XC Product FamilyThe PremierWave XC family is designed for applications in a variety of vertical markets including telematics, industrial automation, healthcare, energy, utilities, and more. The product enables remote access and management of virtually any serial equipment through the use of the market-leading Lantronix® device server application suite and optional custom programming environment. Additionally, the PremierWave XC HSPA+ Intelligent Gateway provides Ethernet-to-cellular routing, enabling network access to multiple devices. Furthermore, the PremierWave XC family is ideal for applications deployed in areas that do not have an Ethernet or Wi-Fi infrastructure, or for installations that have such connectivity but rely on cellular for failover backup, ensuring redundancy.
