lastminute.com group announces changes in Executive Management Team

Amsterdam / Chiasso, 17 July 2017- lastminute.com group, a European leader in the online travel and leisure industry, today announced that Stefano Biffi, Group Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company to pursue other business opportunities with effect from 1 October 2017.

Stefano Biffi will be supporting the Group's CEO and COO in the process of selecting his replacement, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.

Fabio Cannavale, Chief Executive Officer, said: "Stefano delivered a great effort in a phase of reorganization of the Company and the finance department. I would like to thank him for his valued work and wish him every success in the future".

As planned, the Group will release 1H2017 results on 10th August. An Investor Call is scheduled at 10:00am CET the same day.
