LAURA ASHLEY HOLDINGS PLC (the "Company") Resignation of Ms Sally Kealey as Independent Non-Executive Director 10 August 2017

The Board wishes to announce that Ms Sally Kealey has resigned as an Independent Non- Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Kealey for the contribution she has made during her tenure with the Company and to wish her well for the future.
