Lazard World Trust Fund SA, formerly known as The World Trust Fund, is a Luxembourg-based investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in companies whose shares trade at a discount to the underlying net asset value. The Fund invests in closed-end funds, investment trusts, holding companies and other companies whose shares are listed or traded on international exchanges and are generally at a discount to their underlying net asset value.
