Legg Mason Announces Joseph A. Sullivan, Chairman & CEO, to Speak at Barclays Global Financial Services Conference

Baltimore, Maryland - August 30, 2016 - Legg Mason, Inc. (NYSE: LM) today announced that Joseph A. Sullivan, Chairman & CEO is scheduled to speak at the Barclays Global Financial Services Conference taking place at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel in New York City on Tuesday, September 13th at approximately 9:45 AM EDT.

Both live and on-demand versions of the audio webcast will be available. The presentation will be an informal Q&A. A link to the presentation slides used in one-on-one meetings at the conference and a link to the Q&A webcast will be accessible via Leggmason.com under the "Investor Relations" section. The on-demand audio webcast will be available shortly after the presentation for a period of two weeks.
