Brandywine Global Investment Management, LLC (“Brandywine Global”) today announced that Tariq Ahmad will serve as the new Chief Executive Officer of Brandywine Global Investment Management (Asia) Pte. Ltd. Based in Singapore, Ahmad will oversee Brandywine Global’s Asia-Pacific business, reaffirming the Firm’s commitment to this important and growing region by expanding operations there. Ahmad previously served as the head of business development and client service for Brandywine Global’s Singapore affiliate, which offers the Asian market access to global investment management through a variety of investment vehicles.

Ahmad brings with him 14 years of experience in global investment management. Before arriving at Brandywine Global, Ahmad served as CEO and Partner of Rogge Global Partners Asia in Singapore, where he managed business development and client service for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. His prior experience includes investment management roles at Western Asset Management, JP Morgan Asset Management, and State Street Global Advisors.
