RESTON, Va., Oct. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyber career transition tips for military veterans, emerging cybersecurity needs for customers and ways to pursue government contracting opportunities are among the highlighted topics to be addressed by Leidos experts at the CyberMaryland™ Conference. The two-day conference, to be held Oct. 29-30 at the Baltimore Convention Center, features over 45 breakout sessions including keynote addresses. Leidos is among conference exhibitors and a company participant for the Cyber Job Fair hosted by ClearedJobs.Net, Wed., Oct. 29, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Helping military veterans transition into the civilian cybersecurity workforce in areas such as defense and intelligence communities is among top industry priorities. Leidos Talent Acquisition Manager Mike Bruni will serve on a panel for job fair attendees, "ClearedJob.Net: Military Transition Realities Briefing," on Wed. Oct. 29, 10:15 - 11 a.m. Bruni and co-panelists will address topics such as how to describe your work during interviews, ways to network and  how to present yourself to potential employers.
