The Americas region of Lendlease is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Concannon as General Manager of its Project Management & Construction (PM&C) business in Los Angeles. He will be responsible for leading Lendlease's Southern California PM&C business operations, pursuing new business ventures, fostering relationships across multiple business sectors, and forging new partnerships for Lendlease in southern California. "Michael is an industry leader with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service to his clients. Throughout his career at Lendlease he has held numerous management positions with escalating responsibilities," said Jeff Arfsten, COO, PM&C. "His track-record of success makes him the ideal candidate to lead our PM&C operations in southern California." Mr. Concannon has served many different roles through his 19 year career with Lendlease, most recently serving as Head of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) for the Americas region. As EH&S Head he was responsible for overseeing the Americas region Health & Safety audits and assessments, fostering collaboration with prime contractors to raise safety awareness on all Lendlease owned assets and job sites across the region. From September 2011 to January 2013 he served as the Operations Director for the Lendlease Los Angeles office, where he oversaw the day to day operations of the office. Operating in the Los Angeles market since 1986, Lendlease offers industry leading services including development, project/construction management, general contracting, design-build and consulting services in numerous market sectors including healthcare, education, senior living, retail, hospitality, government, residential and solar.
