Sales success for Lend Lease's The Yards at Brisbane Showgrounds has continued, selling 105 of the182 apartments in the second tower, South Yard, off the plan in less than four hours. The Yards has 401 apartments across two contemporary towers - North Yard and South Yard - and 11 boutique terraces, in an architecturally-dynamic structure designed by award-winning architects, Hayball. Over 70 per cent of The Yards apartments are now sold, after the first release North Yard set a Brisbane record by selling 160 of 208 apartments in four hours in September this year.
