Lend Lease Group : Lend Lease appoints Peter Wilding as Managing Director, Project Management and Construction, Asia

Lend Lease today announced the appointment of Mr Peter
Wilding to the role of Managing Director of its Asian Project
Management and Construction business unit with immediate
effect.
Mr Wilding, 45, will be based in Lend Lease's regional
headquarters in Singapore. Under his leadership, Mr Wilding
will direct the strategy, growth, operations and resources of
the Project Management and Construction business across the
region, focusing on delivering safe, innovative outcomes for
clients across the core sectors of pharmaceutical,
commercial, industrial, retail and education.
Most recently, Mr Wilding was Associate Director of Real
Estate and Hospitality at Mubadala, a wholly owned investment
vehicle of the Government of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab
Emirates. Previous senior appointments include Deputy CEO of
Capitala (a joint venture between Capitaland and Mubadala),
Regional Director for Asia at Multiplex Construction, and
General Manager, New South Wales, at Australand, which is the
Australian subsidiary of Capitaland.
Lend Lease is well-known to Mr Wilding. He began his career
as a site engineer at Civil & Civic in 1985, which is the
predecessor of Lend Lease's Project Management & Construction
business unit today. By the time he rose to the position of a
senior project manager in 1995, Mr Wilding had completed over
20 major projects in the property sector, including the
construction of the Sydney Football Stadium, Sydney's ANA
Hotel and several leading shopping centres across Australia.

client relationships to Lend Lease," said Mr Rod Leaver, Lend
