Lenta : opens its first hypermarket in Orsk

With this opening, Lenta expands its network in the Volga Region to 29 hypermarkets in 20 cities

St. Petersburg, Russia; 28 June, 2016 - Lenta, (LSE, MOEX: LNTA) one of the largest retail chains in Russia, is pleased to announce the opening of its first hypermarket in Orsk.

The new store is a Lenta compact format hypermarket located at 168 Lenina av. The store has a total area of 9,084 sq., with 5,211 sq.m of selling space and is open from 8 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. A broad product range of 19,000 SKUs has been selected specifically for residents of Orsk and includes Lenta's private labels and federal product ranges alongside local produce. The store has 364 parking spaces and 30 cash registers. The property is owned by Lenta.

The opening in Orsk is Lenta's seventh hypermarket opening in 2016 and brings the total number of Lenta stores to 146 hypermarkets in 72 cities across Russia and 41 supermarkets in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
